Ed Huang, Co-founder and CTO, PingCAP

Ed Huang is co-founder and CTO of PingCAP, one of the creators of the TiDB distributed database and the TiKV key value store. While he was at Wandou Labs, Ed worked on clustering Redis and created and open-sourced Codis, a proxy based high performance Redis cluster solution. He decided to focus on the next generation database and went on to found PingCAP and create TiDB and TiKV.

Peter Parker, Principal Technical Specialist, Microsoft

Peter is a Principal Technical Specialist at Microsoft, where he helps late-stage startups and digital natives leverage the power of Big Data and AI platforms on Azure. In this role, he works with some of the most exciting customers, partners, and PE/VC firms building transformative partnerships. Recently, he’s been spending significant time helping customers operationalize Azure Open AI and other services to improve our understanding of the world. He has over five years of experience at Microsoft and many more as a consultant in the Data and AI domain. He is passionate about solving complex business problems with innovative and scalable solutions.

Mark Donsky, Principal Product Manager, PingCAP

Mark Donsky is a Principal Product Manager at PingCAP, where he leads product strategy, positioning, and competitive enablement for TiDB, a high-performance distributed SQL database. He has deep expertise in cloud databases, data security, and governance, helping organizations modernize their data infrastructure while ensuring compliance and performance at scale.
