North America	1,000 USD
Singapore	1,000 SGD
Japan	100,000 JPY

In addition, we’ll send you some “thank you” swag.

Guidelines

Here are the guidelines.

You:

• Must not have any affiliation with PingCAP
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Can’t refer yourself

The job candidate:

• Must not be a current or previous PingCAP employee and has not applied to PingCAP in the 12 months.
• Must be hired as regular full time employee—not a temporary, intern, or contractor

Your referral is valid for 6 months from the date we receive it.

Go to https://www.pingcap.com/careers to find a position that your referral may fit. Even if you don’t find a specific target in the list, don’t hesitate to share the referral’s info with us. To finish the referral, email us careers@pingcap.com. In the body of the email, please attach the referral’s CV if you have it, and include the referrer’s name, email address, phone number, and why you think the candidate is a good fit for us.
