With TiDB Serverless officially GA, developers now have a powerful and economical data management solution that auto-scales with their needs, eliminating upfront sizing, rebalancing, and idle resources.
TiDB Serverless’ key features and capabilities include:
- Simplified database operations: Complex and routine tasks are eliminated or seamlessly automated.
- Cost-efficient usage with auto elasticity: The pay-as-you-go platform ensures you only pay for what you use under all circumstances.
- Maximized development velocity: Cut time off development with MySQL compatibility, mixed workload processing, AI-enhanced capabilities, and automated operations.
- Security and compliance by default: Data security, privacy, and compliance is a top priority with SOC 2 Type II certification, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and comprehensive logging and monitoring.
As we move forward, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in data management and app development. This GA announcement is a milestone to this commitment, but it is merely the beginning of what we aim to achieve.
